• Domain Registration: Search, registration, renewal, and transfer of domain names through accredited registrars.
• SSL Certificates: Issuance and management of SSL/TLS certificates to secure your domains.

4. Account Registration

1. You must register for an Account to use our Services.
2. You represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

5. Fees and Payment

1. You agree to pay all fees described in our Pricing Page and any additional charges incurred.
2. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms.
3. We may suspend or terminate your Services for non-payment.

6. Domain Registration

1. Domain registrations are subject to applicable registry policies and terms.
2. You agree to comply with all rules set by domain registries and ICANN.
3. Renewal and transfer fees apply as described in our pricing information.

7. SSL Certificates

1. SSL certificates are issued in compliance with industry standards (e.g., CA/B Forum).
2. You are responsible for proper installation and configuration on your servers.
3. We may revoke or refuse to issue certificates if you violate any certification authority requirements.

8. User Content

1. You retain ownership of all Content you upload, post, or transmit.
2. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display your Content as necessary to provide the Services.
3. We do not monitor your Content, but reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Content if we believe it violates these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Spam, phishing, or fraud;
• Distribution of malware or viruses;
• Intellectual property infringement;
